Printful Shipping Options

Hi everyone,
I allowed myself to open a new topic since I have found a variety of people opening new threads regarding problems or bugs with the selection of shipping options when using Printful for Woocommerce.
I have read that most people had problems with U.S. only, whilst to another user on this forum happened that while on the checkout he couldn’t select any shipping method. He finally set off the geolocation and it worked (that’s a mistery to everyone).
I have the same problem, that is when on checkout my customers can’t choose any shipping option since the flate rate shipping (3,69 eur for 10 to 20 days of wait) is the only method available. No drop down menu or anything similar shows when on the checkout. I tried to turn off the geolocation as the previous user has done, but nothing.
All of my printful settings are all set up, I also contacted the support and they confirmed that it is very weird and they couldn’t help me out. I saw that I cannot delete the flat rate shipping option, because I thought that in that way the only shipping method useable would have been the express, but I just cannot unselect it.
I don’t want my customers to wait that long and neither do them, so I would like them to have the possibility to choose a faster shipping method.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? If yes, have you solved it? Thank you very much in advance.
