Printful – Woocommerce synch issues

I keep receiving the error:
Failed! The request couldn’t process fast enough, please increase the maximum execution time on your server. If that doesn’t help, check your server error logs. That’s all we know. If you need some help, please contact our support, provide the error code below, and we’ll see what we can do.

We have the Woocommerce legacy API activated, we have contacted Bluehost and went through every single error log and setting they could help with. We increased the max execution time to the maximum. We still have the same issue.
Being frustrated with my first printful experience, I integrated with Gelato to see if there are similar issues. There are no issues and it synchs perfectly.
I’ve seen a few threads where it is acknowledged that you do not yet support the new Woocommerce APIs and we have to use the legacy plugin instead.
So what is going on with your plugin? Is there a solution or will you just brush me off to go to my hosting which has absolutely nothing to do with this issue?
