Printing from iOS device and “Close After Print” option
-
Hi.
To test the issue :
https://www.agnosys.com/services/recuperation-de-donnees-demandeI’m trying to print from a Mac and an iOS device and I get different results.
From an iPhone, I need to set the Pause Before Print option so the printing action does not fail. The issue with this easy workaround does not exist on the iPad.But there’s still a problem.
If the Close After Print option is enabled, the situation is correct from the Mac. Once the printing is sent, the extra printing window is closed. Nice.
But if the option is enabled, the printing preview does not display correctly on an iOS device and the printing is empty.
For now I leave the option enabled thinking that the majority of users will print from a computer.
Is it a known limitation ?Best regards.
Franck.
