Printing on thermal printer

Or is there any way to attach a plain text version of the order to the email so we can print just this attachment?

if you go to wppizza-> templates
you can set type (plaintext/html) as well as any css declarations you would like for html templates. there are also more detailed explanations in the help screen on that page

For your info:
if you want attachments added , there is also this premium extension here: https://www.wp-pizza.com/downloads/wppizza-pdf-invoices/
However, whether or not your particular printer is able to print from pdf’s I cannot know so you would need to consult the manufacturer if you want to go down that route
(if you have more particular questions about that extension, please go to wp-pizza.com/contact as I cannot answer anything about premium extensions here on this forum as per wordpress forum guidelines)

I already switched the email template from html to plaintext but then there isn’t much to edit stylewise anymore. I want to change the max chars per line in the email, eg:

current email looks like this:

FYI: these emails are just for inhouse printing in the kitchen, it doesn’t have to look nice. The customer emails are a made from a different template.

Ad attachments: I don’t want any other attachments, I just want the current order as an attachment in just plain text as displayed above, is this possible?
