Printing, or otherwise saving the content of a submitted FORM

If I would like the contents of a submitted Form ‘printed’ or ‘saved” in PDF or MS Word document format, where would I find the instruction to accomplish that?
In other words, I am trying to SAVE the filled-out FORM and its contents and then drop that document in a particular FILE location.
