Prints two pages

    Whenever I choose “Print” in the lightbox the print preview shows that there will be two pages printed. Generating a PDF only makes one page.
    Also in the print preview all the title of the page, a date at the top and the URL+page number at the bottom of the page are showing despite having used the required CSS for blocking it (in the pdf it is not shown!).

    It is possible to rectify this?
