Prioritize one popup?

So we have this standard popup for our Newsletter that shows up in every post on our blog as it’s supposed to.
But now we have this one blog post, that should get a different popup:
https://www.messengerpeople.com/de/messenger-api-for-instagram/?hwp_preview=81335I selected this one under “Show on Posts” but it apparently gets overwritten by the standard one. How can I control this?
