  • We have noticed a similar issue. We are not receiving the priority flat rate values when queried. We do receive values for retail ground, priority and priority express. I have verified it is not an issue with dimensions or weight. Is this an issue with WooCommerce or with USPS?

Even when we set our shipping settings to “enable priority flat rate services only” we still do not get those values at checkout.

    Any ideas on what’s happening?

Also using debug on USPS within settings is not returning anything

Just updated the website with Woocommerce USPS Shipping Method (extension) patch 4.4.31 and everything is working again.

    Problem solved!

    Hi there @luukee!

Apologies for only getting to you now!

Are you still seeing these issues on the site with the small products and the shipping rates?

If yes, can you please add a couple of screenshots of the product weight and dimensions and the boxes you have set up in WooCommerce Services.

I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply to us.

Also, have you checked what rates get returned on the USPS calculator here when using the same dimensions and addresses – https://postcalc.usps.com/

    Thanks

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
