Priority Support

Hi,
I’m trying to get Priority Support at https://wordimpress.com/support/ but when I log in I get the message: “It looks like you do not have any active Licenses. Renew now to get access to our Priority Support.”??
My backend License Status says: VALID (140 Days Remaining)
Please advice.Cheers.
