    Hi,

Thanks for the providing this great plugin and its working without any issue. I am using Learndash for some part of my site and it seems that Prismatic is not loading there (specific to their quiz section). I have already disabled the Limit to Posts option but still this is not loading. It seems that the js and css files are not even included on these section however the css and js of my other plugin are available on these pages except Prismatic

I checked other sections and its working fine. Not sure if the plugin is only working on specific post/page type of something in the Learndash is creating this issue

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Glad to help.

I’m not sure what might be happening, but the first thing to try would be to disable the option “Limit to Posts” and see if that helps.

It could be that the theme or post type is not compatible. If you can provide steps to repeat the issue on default WordPress, I would be glad to follow along and take a closer look.

Thanks, this is definitely issue with the plugin https://www.learndash.com/ as they have a custom post types. I am wondering why its working on their other custom post type except this specific post type.

I won;t be able to replicate it on the default WordPress setup as this happen on custom post type only

If there is a free version of the Learndash plugin, then I can test it. Just need the steps to repeat the issue. If there is only a paid version, it’s not something I have access to and so unable to test.

I did however re-test highlighting on custom post types and it works normally (just like for regular posts). So with Learndash there could be other factors involved.

Hey @javadevjournal, just checking if you still need help with this?

    Hi Jeff,

Thanks for the follow up, it looks like this is not working only on a specific page where the Prismatic code is not loading at all. It’s a classic editor used by the LMS. I talked to to them and this is what I got “

As you can see, when clicking on the “Start Quiz” button on the quiz page, all the question post types are loaded on the quiz page instead of generating a separate question page. This behavior is different from the usual content load in post types and might not be compatible with third-party plugins that don’t have a direct integration with LearnDash.

If you need to use a Gutenberg block to highlight code via the Prismatic plugin, you might check if there is an available shortcode as an alternative to highlight the code in the question content via the classic editor.”

Looks like it’s not compatible or the editor of the LMS is somehow blocking the loading of the Prismatic (unfortunately ?? )

Okay thanks for the information. Hopefully it will be useful for any others who might be working with the same issue. I’ll go ahead and mark this as resolved for now, but feel free to post again anytime with questions, feedback, etc. Thank you, @javadevjournal.
