    Hello

I have used Filebird for a while, but after an update where it didn’t work very well with WooCommerce, I decided to remove it and use an alternative plugin.

My problem: today, March 13, 2021, I just saw a Filebird banner trying to convince me to try it again. WHY and HOW? The plugin is no longer in use, and not even installed!

This is a very serious privacy issue I need to solve. I do not wish to see any banners or advertisement whatsoever in my WordPress back-end for plugins I do not have installed.

I’m waiting for some feedback, please.
Is there a setting where I disable these notifications on my end or is it developper-side?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @msdesignfoto ,

Thanks for coming to report this, I am sorry that you had to uninstall FileBird for some reasons and for the banner that keeps poping.

So, if you have deactivated and deleted FileBird form your site, yet you still see that notification, I guess its an issue with server cache or browser cache, you need to clean your all your cache and check again.

If the issue persist, then you can contact our developers for a Team check:

    Kind regards,
