Privacy and cookies banner not disappearing on the pages

  • My host has said it’s a designer issue, the banner wont disappear when clicked on the About Us,Your Account, Buyer & Seller info, News & Stories, Contact pages and other linked pages.

    The only page it disappears is the front page, can someone help?
