privacy – anonymous blog

  • I’d like to start a blog, but I want to maintain my privacy. Is it possible to set up an anonymous blog? I’m not looking to do anything illegal. I just want a place to post my thoughts, but I don’t want to advertise whose thoughts they are. God knows I don’t need my mother, therapist, boss, etc to know my deepest personal thoughts. Can I create a WP blog but keep my name, email address, etc. unlisted? Thanks.

  • You might have to do some .htaccess file editing, the one that sits in that specific blog’s root directory..? I’m not a pro at this stuff, but hopefully someone that is good with .htaccess will swing by here soon.. ??

    Also, maybe one of these plugins will help too, well, some where along the line.. ;):)
