Privacy field (mandatory) not marked red if not checked

I have 3 text fields, all mandatory… first name, last name and e-mail.
Also I have a checkbox field privacy which is mandatory.

If I send the form without one of the 3 text fileds, the missing one is marked red. That’s great.

If I fill out all 3 text fields correct but don’t check the privacy checkbox, the 3 text fields are marked green and nothing happens. The privacy field isn’t market red, there is no change in this field. The user could think the form was send correct which isn’t the case.

Any idea how to solve this?
