does disable the main CSS link to Google Fonts

However the following external links remain in the HTML:

It seems gmpg.org (User Avatar images), s.w.org (emoji’s) are WordPress settings which I need to find how to disable,
however the script with link to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com seems to be generated by the Onepress Theme?
    Can this script be deactivated?
