Privacy policy text / Data collected

Thanks for this great plugin!

I have two questions that are linked:

1. I was wondering if there is a text template that can be used for the privacy policy page. A text that summarizes what data is collected and how it is stored? Ideally it would be auto-generated based on the settings activated (dreaming out loud).

2. Is visitor data sent to the “WP Statistics” server, or is it only collected on the server where the plugin is installed? If data is sent, what data would that be and why?
