I’m sorry I can’t link to the sites showing this error, because I’ve had to disable the plugin. I have two sites (with different themes) that instead of showing the privacy policy in the popup are showing the content of the first page of the site.

This was not always the case and seemed to start showing up late Tuesday due to something in one of the many updates…

I saw a thread about adding the reference in the consent tab, but that has not fixed it and I’ve verified that the correct page is set on the settings.

Are you using a page builder?

Other users had this issue with SiteOrigin if I remember correctly.

The privacy policy in this screen will change in v2. It is too aggressive to have a screen take-over like this.

We are changing it a simple notification bar with a link to the new policies for V2.

One I know for sure is…and it is SiteOrigin. Another isn’t using a builder, but I see that they have OrbitFox plugin that has links for sitebuilders. Something to do with the Coffeeisle theme.

And yes, the pop-up has been too aggressive.

Thank you for your work on this plugin. I’ll watch for v2. I wish I could have the shortcodes without that popup for now…

V2 will be released later today. I’m just testing some things and adding a couple last things
