Privacy settings not working!

Toggling between the two privacy settings “I would like my site to be visible to everyone, including search engines (like Google, Bing, Technorati) and archivers” and “I would like to block search engines, but allow normal visitors” makes no difference to the appearance of `<meta name=”robots” content=”noindex, nofollow” />
<meta name=”googlebot” content=”noindex, nofollow, noarchive, nosnippet” />` … in the head.

The database setting for “blog_public” is “1” so something, somewhere isn’t functioning correctly!
