  • Hi @paulinelephew,
Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the plugin. The privacy tool is made to detect if a user is logged in and make changes to their account. If a user is not logged in, the plugin would not know which user account to modify. Since users that may not be logged in or not have an account, we added a simple submission form for them.

Thanks for your answer, how can I customize the text and css that shows in the submission form then please?

    Hi
You can add text above and below the shortcode on your privacy tools page. Did you need to change any text for the email field or button?

    Hi,

Yes, because the title is gigantic and enter your email is showed twice. I need to have enter your email only once and reduce the size of the text as you can see here: https://play.paulinelephew.com/politique-de-confidentialite/

    Thank you

    Hi @paulinelephew
I think I see what you are referring to. The “Veuillez vous identifier par e-mail” on your privacy tools page is very large. If that is the issue, the font size of the header (h3) is being set by the theme styles CSS. If you wanted to reduce the size of just that header you would need to target that element specifically or you’ll change the h3 size throughout your site.
