Private and Deleted Pages showing in search results

Our deleted pages and private pages are appearing in the search results.
Example:
https://www.goengineer.com/search_gcse/?q=Simulation+Standard
The 1st result is a deleted page and the 8th result is a private page.How do I make it so these won’t appear in the results?
