Private and public bookmarks

  • What are private bookmarks and public bookmarks, I feel the same when I use them, where can I let others view my bookmarks?

    Hi,

    Technically it’s possible to share or create url if another user visit that only public bookmarks are shown.

    You have to link something like this https://wpdev.test/mybookmarks/?userid=2
    where up to ‘https://wpdev.test/mybookmarks/’ the my bookmark page, and for ‘userid=2’ – here 2 is the user id for which the bookmark needs to display. So if any one visit the url and if visitor is not same as the userid 2 , then only public .

    We are thinking to add a share button with such link. will be shipped in future version.
