Private Areas

  • Is there a good plugin to have private areas? For example, I want the blog & pages to be public, but I have several files & pages that I want to share with different people that need to be secured. Each user would have their own set of pages & files so they would each need to have a different login name and password and access to different pages/posts.

    Is there a good plugin for this?

  • You could use the built in password feature. When writing or editing a post or page scroll down to password protect this post and set a password there.

    You can’t really add Docs or PDF’s to this that way then. If someone knew the URL scheme they could download them.

    Any way to secure that other than on the server level?
