Private docs to members only?

I’m running WordPress on my church’s site (bcocchurch.org). We want the ability to have certain members see certain docs when they log in that would be private to members only. For example, the worship team would log in and be able to see docs that would pertain to only the worship team. Ideally, it would be nice to be able to create new types of users (worship team member, youth leader, pastor, etc.) and set specific pages to be private to each user type. Is there a way to do this?
