Private, Internal Site – Need Plugin

I have a site I’m spinning up for a client to handle “intranet” type duties like process documentation, training materials, HR-related docs, etc. Looking for advice on plugins (the fewer the better) to handle making the site private. A few points/needs:

1. no public visibility
2. no rss feed
3. no public access to media files (uploads)

Only a few people will ever need to edit anything, but some will. For that reason, I’d like to stay with a plugin that respects the WP roles & users.
