private link not find records

  • Hello, I am having trouble getting the form to display using the private link. Right now, I am just testing the forms. The sign-up form works, it adds a new record and emails the link to the user. But, when I click on the link it goes to a page that says the record does not exist. Please let me know how to fix it. Thanks

    The page the link goes to should have the [pdb_record] shortcode. Also, make sure the link URL is properly formed. Normally, the plugin does this for you. I should be the URL of the record edit page plus the private ID code at the end.
