Private Messages For WordPress plugin, User Messages to be sent only to admins?

I am using private-messages-for-wordpress plugin, I want users only be able to send and receive message from admin but admin can send and receive message from all the users. there is a solution posted in this thread by “we-ball in” but when I apply that I am getting error:
