    Hi, I saw a previous post that I was unable to comment on, so I started a new one.

    The issue is https://www.mysite.com/docs page does not accept the private visibility option. It remains available for viewing for all users, logged in or not. This is a serious issue for me. Any chance there is an update on getting this knowledgebase Private?

    Please advise.
    Thank you.

    @walkers13,

    Hi, there. Yes, docs page isn’t private by default. Alternatively, what you can do is to create a new page, use shortcode inside like this following:

    [betterdocs_category_box]

    Save this page as private. Afterward, assign this newly created page as the BetterDocs Documentation page. Anyways, we are investigating this deeply from our end and we will let you know with an update.

    Thank you!

    Hi @walkers13,

    How are you doing? So, have you tried out the solution I had mentioned above?

    Can you please get back to us regarding this?

    Thank you!

    I used [betterdocs_category_box] and [betterdocs_category_box column=”3″] on a newly created PRIVATE Page and it was NOT successful.

    Sorry.
