Private pages shown in pages menu

  • I have a menu set up under appearance -> menus where I have all pages of the site included. Some of these are private, but are shown in the pages menu anyway. Is this a WP issue or an Atahualpa issue?

  • If you add a page to a CUSTOM MENU and then make the page private, wordpress does not remove it from the custom menu. You are in charge os what shows in a custom menu, that’s why it’s called a ‘custom menu’ :>)
