Private posts aren’t PRIVATE

  • I just published my first private post. It looked good at first but I noticed if I clicked on an internal link and came back to my main page the private post wasn’t so private anymore. I just upgraded to 2.0.
    Is there a fix for this?

  • Have you tried logging out? It probably recognizes you as a valid user of your site and as the author….

    I logged out. Clicked my browser off and went back in. I even cleared my history.

    I just had a friend try it and she was able to read the private post without using the password by clicking on an internal link.

    Did you press Publish or Save? When I clicked Publish and chose the private option, the post showed. Then I learned that I should only use ‘save’.
