Private Posts on Sites

    Hi, ist seems, that private posts aren’t shown in the Gutenberg-Block “posts”. We have a feed with blogposts related to a specific topic and some of those posts are “private”. We would like them to be shown in this feed if you are logged in and allowed to see them. It works perfectly fine in the main Blog, but they are not shown in the “Posts” Gutenberg-Block. Is there any way to do that?

    Hey there,

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible to show them. It’s a very specific use case, so that’s why it won’t be possible to support it. If we get more requests for this feature then we will consider adding it to an upcoming release.

    Thank you very much for your fast answer. I assumed something like that. Do you have any suggestions for a workaround or an other idea?

    You should try using some other Posts plugin to see if they allow it. I tried to search for few plugins but couldn’t find one, unfortunately. ??

    Jeah, i already searched quite a while. I’m looking into solving it with a shortcode but no luck so far. Again thanks for looking into it, if i find a solution i will posts it ??
