    Hi!

    The setup and everything else is fine, but when I activate “Private videos” feature, event if logged-in, users (including me) can’t watch the video because it say’s the user must be logged-in.

    Could you please help us? Thanks in advance.

    It seems like there might be a caching issue or a conflict with a plugin that’s affecting the Private videos feature of VideoPress on your site. To troubleshoot this, please try the following steps:

    1. Clear your site’s cache from your caching plugin, if you have one.
    2. Clear your browser cache and try accessing the videos again.
    3. Check if you have any membership or user role management plugins that might interfere with user permissions. Try disabling them temporarily to see if it resolves the issue.
    4. Make sure that your WordPress and Jetpack plugin are updated to the latest version.
    5. Try accessing the site from a different browser or in incognito mode to see if the issue persists.

    If none of these steps solve the problem, could you please enable Jetpack’s debug mode and post back here with the Jetpack debug link? You can enable Debug mode by going to Jetpack -> Debug Data in your WordPress dashboard.
