privately published text in slider

  • I would need to put such a content to my slider which is not visible or published anywhere else on my web pages. Smooth slider seems to show only published pages / posts. Any advice?

    Thanks for writing to us.

    You can use Excerpt content in slider. Go to your Posts => Edit Post => Below content editor, you will find Excerpt (If not, then enable it from Screen Option) => Add your content in Excerpt and update post.

    Now, go to Smooth slider => Settings => Slides panel => Slider Content => Pick Content from => Choose Post Excerpt and Save changes.

    Thank you very much of your reply. I followed your advices. Result was the same as before, only published pages / posts / appear in slider.

    Yes, It is correct only published posts appears in slider. Unpublished posts will not appear in slider.
