PRO BAM Excellent Design, Poor Support

  • The theme design is excellent. It’s robust, quick, and has a lot of options. We tested the theme on our smaller sites before switching from another highly rated theme to BAM PRO. However, we encountered some issues and opened a case on the WordPress.com and themezhut.com sites. Crickets…..no response. not even an acknowledgement. The theme is problematic with AMP, and we are seeing a problem where the front page scrolls endlessly. which is a huge problem.

    Looking at the list of dozens and dozens unresolved issues on wordpress.com support forum, I would be wary as an enterprise user.

    Dear @thumbwind,

    First of all I am really sorry for the inconvenience.

    As I have already responded you on emails this issue is not related to the theme. The problem you are currently having is due to the wrong implementation of <amp-next-page> component. That is not implemented on the theme.

    One of your plugins should be the reason for this. To check what plugin is causing this issue first deactivate all the plugins at once. Then activate plugins one by one while refreshing the site until the problem appears again. That way you can find the problematic plugin. After finding the problematic plugin you can turn off the module that causes the issue through that plugin settings and check why this is happening.

    Again I can assure you this problem is not related to the theme.
