If I understand correct you have duplicated products in your feed? This indeed happens more often when the WP-cron has been disabled, which is not something we advise doing. Anyhow, making your batches smaller could indeed solve that issue. Try lowering the batch size to 100 products per batch. When products are duplicated, which is the best solution for the csv, reset the file or remove only the duplicates…

When products are duplicated this most likely being caused by the fact the plugin is running into server configuration limitations or you disabling the WP-cron.

You could try changing the batch size of the plugin from the default 750 products per batch to a much lower number, such as 250. This is how you can do so: https://adtribes.io/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/

But if the actual csv file has duplicated products, we can wait to the next csv generation or we have to reset csv file?

You could wait however there is no guarantee that this will fix itself. We strongly advise you to lower the batch size.
