Recently our Contact Form Pro plugin was damaged by the conflict with another plugin update. This plugin has the same name, but its version is higher. Quite possibly, you got a notification about the new Contact Form Pro version. The case is, if you updated Contact Form Pro to this version, our plugin was completely removed from your WordPress admin dashboard. This was caused by a WordPress core mistake, which triggered the installation of another plugin. WordPress team is informed about that.
In order to resolve any issues that may have appeared and recover our Contact Form Pro plugin, we recommend installing the latest official update available. To do so, please go through the following steps:
1) Download the plugin archive in yoir Client Area.
2) If you don’t know how to access your Client Area: You are supposed have received an email about your user registration at our site. By following the link https://bestwebsoft.com/wp-login.php (your username is the email you specify when purchasing the product) you can go to your personal Client area page. If necessary, please, submit “Lost your password” request.
3) Please install the plugin using the “Plugins” => “Add new” => “Upload Plugin” menu in your Dashboard. A pop-up window will ask you to choose the file. Select contact-form-pro zip-folder and click “Open” and “Install now”.
4) In case you cannot install the plugin via “Upload Plugin”, you can install it to the server manually, using the FTP client. Please extract the plugin archive to “contact-form-pro” folder. With your FTP program upload the “contact-form-pro” folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ folder in your WordPress directory online. Please make use of the following information:

Once you download and install the plugin from the Client Area, you can update it from the Dashboard in future.
