Pro customer –?Plugin is crashing database

I purchased this plugin and it has been integral to many parts of a new project I have that is due in just a couple days.

Using Stream (a plugin that lets you monitor WordPress admin activity), I can see that every few seconds, it’s updating the EBS Help and EBS Preview pages every few seconds. And when I activate the plugin, the site gets very slow and when trying to load pages, about half the time it causes a gateway error.

I sent a support email but haven’t heard back.

Could this be because of a plugin conflict? I’m not really sure what steps to take to get this working properly. Thanks in advance for your help.
