PRO does not work

  • After installing the PRO, the Greeting text stopped playing. I submitted a request in the support forum, but no getting response.

    I’ve replied to your ticket in support forum.

    Here is the content of reply:

    I’m making updated on PRO version, so you can turn on Speaking Menus from GSpeech dashboard.

    With regards to greeting audio, in 2018 browsers stopped supporting of autoplay audio/video before user interaction. That is done to prevent advertisement playback in inactive tabs.
    Sometimes it works, but in most cases does not.

    I have implemented algorithm to catch the cases when it does not work, so it will wait for user interaction, then will play greeting audio. So once user clicks anywhere on the page, the message will be played.

    Also I will add option to play greeting once per session.

    I will finish the job, and update the package soon.
