Pro Elements causing infinite loading

    Hello,

    After a long hour of debugging, I found out that Pro Elements is causing issues. If I activate it, I can use Elementor to edit pages for a few minutes, but after a few minutes if I try to open up the editor, it loads infinitely and I get a message asking me to turn on Safe Mode.
    The issue quickly goes away if I deactivate Pro Elements. Please help me resolve this issue. I really need Pro Elements to get my desired results.

  • Hi, could you please elaborate on what you mean by Pro Elements? is it a third-party plugin you use?

    Yes Pro Elements is a plugin which was causing the issue. Isn’t Pro Elements by Elementor? It’s a pretty popular plugin.

    Hi @zero479 , our plugins are only Elementor Core and Elementor Pro. Any other plugins are considered third-party.

    Since the issue is caused when the Pro Elements plugin is activated and we do not have control over its code, I recommend you get in touch with their support.

    I didn’t know that. It says that Pro Elements is a product by Elementor ltd.
    But if you’re saying it isn’t your plugin, then I’ll believe it. Thanks for clarifying ??
