Hi @safnasash, inquiring on my website about details of the Pro plugin would probably be more appropriate (this www.ads-software.com forum is primarily meant for all the free features), but hopefully forum moderators find it ok here.
Yes, Pro Print can have a custom header and footer on each page, although currently you would need to either customize your design with HTML and CSS or buy a Business license that includes design customizations.
To get the most out of Pro Print’s features, you need to convert the HTML pages into PDF using our Pro PDF service. The Hobbyist plan includes creating 4 unique PDFs from your site each month (there is no hard limit on how many posts you can include in a PDF), and the Professional plan includes 10 unique PDFs per month. Note: test PDFs (which include a watermark) don’t count- you can make as many test PDFs as you want each month (and you don’t need to make a purchase to do this, you can make test PDFs using the free version of the plugin provided here on www.ads-software.com).
This means you could create a project in Pro Print of all your posts, create a PDF from it, and that would use 1 of your monthly PDFs. If you update your content during the month and want to recreate the PDF, just update your posts (or add/remove posts from the project) and regenerate the PDF. THat will use up another 1 of your monthly PDFs (so you’ll then have 2 left for the month). A month after your original purchase, you will again have 4 PDFs available. Once you use up all your PDFs for the month, you’ll have to wait until the next month, or purchase a license with a higher limit, or if it’s the first time it happens I can just make an exception and give you a few more that month.
    Does that make sense?
