You can create a “pro-forma invoice” style by using Quotes builder, and creating your own template.

Pro-forma invoices have a different invoice number

I recommend creating a custom field with Autonumber type to add independent numbering for pro-forma invoices (or quotes): https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/custom-field-type-autonumber/

Can these be generated on receipt of an order in woocommerce?

If you’re using WooCommerce sync, currently only regular invoices can be generated automatically from WooCommerce orders (based on the “Create Invoices from WooCommerce Orders” setting in Jetpack CRM > CRM Settings > WooSync).

In short, you will have to manually generate pro-forma invoice (or quote) in Jetpack CRM.
