    1 – is this now the PRO help area? I thought those who purchased received premium support.

    2 – if this is it…that’s disappointing.

    3 – if someone is registered for 1 year as level 4, can they automatically be switcged to a lower level on expiry instead of shutting them out and forcing them to start their membership fresh? I am offering a special training program for 1 year, but I don’t want to lose them after 12 months. Can they be offered a choice?

    For the PRO support I think you should send a direct email or fill a form instead of posting in this location. That is what they mean by premium support since the staff from s2M are not often in this place.
