• I bought the pro version for my client. They are only providing the current version. You will not be able to update that once you bought the pro version. only free version has all the perks. Just for few features this is not worth it. If they are not going to provide you newer version in the pro than this is just waste of money.
I would not recommend you buying PRO version at all.
No boudbt the plugin it self has great features but what is the perk of buying the pro version if you will be stuck with same old version of the plugin.

They don’t even replay about your issue, that is more frustrating.

    Hello @nidhi8,
We are really sorry for such inconvenience. That’s not how we do business not to provide you updates.
To update the plugin, you can use 2 options including auto-update and manual update.
Your issue with not receiving auto-updates depends on many factors which our support team answered you in the support forum, but you have not seen it.
Also, you have change the name of the plugin folder which can be one the causes of this not being able to use auto-update feature, so this is not related to the plugin performance, and you can receive auto-updates with fixing the issue.

Also, for the second approach, you can enter Webnus dashboard and get the latest update.
We hope that your issue gets fixed, and you can change your rating.

@webnus Do not call topics here “tickets”. You do not have any “tickets” here, you do not have a single customer here. You have users who start topics being helped by volunteers such as yourself.

When you call the topics here “tickets” then you’re misleading the user. They’re not your customers please take this seriously and make that correction.

I’m closing this review from further comments. The review for the pro version stands but further conversation here about it would be inappropriate.
