Hello and thank you for using our theme and for your interest in the PRO version!
ExS Pro is a separate theme, so it has different theme’s slug.
And because of the WordPress core settings API implementation your Customizer settings will be created from scratch for the new (PRO version) theme.
But you can use our built-in one click Customizer settings migration tool to migrate them from the Free to the PRO version:

All other content should be in the place after switching your theme to the PRO version.
But you need to remember that it is always a good idea to make a backup of your site before any serious modifications.
