PRO license deactivated after 1 month

  • Hi,
    we’ve purchased the pro plugin but the license keep deactivating by it self and you are not replying to any emails either by forms or direct email.
    please advise, it’s urgent.

    Sorry to hear you have such a problem. It’s possible that your emails haven’t been reached. Please try using the contact form.

    By the way, topics regarding paid plugins are likely to be locked when found by the forum moderators.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
