PRO member can't access support

    Hi,

    I can’t access the login page or contact page as PRO member. Can you please help me?

    It says: Access forbidden! You don’t have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server. If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster. Error 403 https://www.nextgen-gallery.com Wed Feb 12 07:33:04 2014 Apache/2.2.25 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.25 OpenSSL/1.0.1f DAV/2 PHP/5.5.8

    I’ve already sent an email but I am posting this message so my message gets through just in case the email is blocked.

    I was thinking of getting pro to try it out, but I just get the following:
    “
    Access forbidden!

    You don’t have permission to access the requested directory. There is either no index document or the directory is read-protected.

    If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

    Error 403
    “
    not a promising start!

    I tried to contact them about the above, and got the same error for their contact page too!

    You’ve posted an alternative contact method (much thanks for that BTW) so until you get that website sorted out then that ought be enough for your commercial pro users.

    All – Just a quick update, it appears we have sorted out the issues we were experiencing at https://nextgen-gallery.com/ and you will be able to access your member’s area to directly reach our Support Team.
