    I’ve tried contacting support through your website but I haven’t received a response.

    I’m working on a staging site. A lifetime pro license was purchased in 2020 and we love your plugin. Currently, the plugin is not functioning at all and it keeps asking for a license key. Our site is named tucsonjazzfestival.org/staging, and according to your help documents, this file hierarchy should be functioning. Can you please help. Thank you.
