PRO plugin support is amazing

I purchased the PW WooCommerce Gift Cards Pro plugin 2 weeks ago, and the support team of Michael, Ewout, and Torre have been absolutely amazing.

I got the PRO version because I wanted to:
– Separate the gift cards from the WooCommerce coupons (I needed my invoices to show that coupons and gift cards were separate)
– Have a place where clients could check the remaining balance on their gift cards
– Have gift cards be payment methods (i.e. apply after tax, not before tax)
The plugin did all of this

I ran into some issues along the way:
– Gift cards were showing up on the invoice – The PW team sent me a snippet to solve this issue
– My emails were not getting received consistently (especially to gmail addresses) – the PW team gave me advice to fix this issue

One downside is that it’s a bit difficult to customize the design of the gift card. There are instructions for how to do this, and it’s do-able. But just takes a bit of time to set this up.

Overall we are very happy with how this plugin works. Thanks PW team for developing this and providing support!
