Pro Premium – Shortcodes and Caching

I am looking forward to using this plugin but I am confused on how to write a shortcode with this particular plugin.

Can you please provide an example of a simple shortcode that uses a search term (instead of business id) as well as location?

Also the settings area only seems to contain authentication and a css disablement option – how do I enable caching and open links in new windows?
