    Jordy,

    I just tried to purchase the AI engine pro license. Without creating an account, I added the AI Engine Pro to my card, then I filled in the information for contact, username, password, credit card, etc. I was then given an alert of “To complete this payment, please login to your account.”.

    This is a bit confusing. I haven’t made an account yet. Can I create an account without purchasing anything? This checkout method doesn’t seem to be logical.

    I’m not complaining. I’m sure it can be figured out. However, I’m simply providing some feedback on the process from a new user’s perspective. I hope you can make many sales and be successful.

    Hi @ryanmalham,

    We are not supposed to talk about Pro Version and payment on those support forums (WordPress doesn’t allow it).

    But I think the account is created as you are making an order. I am not sure, I don’t go through the process myself very often, it’s also a popular store system that I trust, and never got any remarks about it, so I feel like it’s okay.

    But indeed, that would weird to ask you to login at that moment. It’s not logical at all… I’ll need to check this ?? Thank you for telling me!
