Pro Registration not working

  • When I attempted to add another form, I got an error that I was not a pro user. Attempted to put in credentials and got the following error message:

    An error occurred cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: smartforms.rednao.com (Domain name not found)

    Tried to go to your website and get the following message:
    Server not found: smartforms:rednao.com

    Please address this ASAP as cannot finish my work and I think a paid plugin server should not be down.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
